1 Cancellation policy


graphikasana.com believes in helping its clients as much as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the suppliers / merchants and they have started the service provisioning process.

Cancellations must be communicated to graphikasana.com a minimum of 14 days before the expiration date of the service. The non-cancellation before this period is the acceptance of the renewal of the service.

2 Refund Policy

When you buy our products / services, your purchase is covered by our 7-day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a full refund. We develop and sell software that we use every day and we have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to support our products with this special guarantee.
To request a refund, simply contact us with the details of your purchase within seven (7) days of your purchase. Include your order number (which we send you by email after ordering) and, optionally, tell us why you request a refund: we take customer feedback very seriously and use them to constantly improve our products and quality from service. No refunds are provided for services delivered in full, such as the installation service and the knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 7 days.
If a service is canceled and a refund is requested, the cost incurred to renew or provide a free domain name (if included with the service being canceled) will be deducted from the refund amount (this may lead to a negative value).
